Delivery
When you place an order with us, we aim to dispatch it within 3 working days (often much sooner, and occasionally the same day).

Standard Delivery is £4.95 and orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class Signed For and usually arrive to you between 1-3 working days. A signature will be required

Free local delivery (within 5 miles of shop)

If you require Next Day Delivery your order must be placed before 3pm and Royal Mail Special Delivery will be charged on individual order size
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your purchase, you may return items by post or to our store within 14 days of purchase for a credit note or exchange.
Whilst in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered with original labels and documentation. Ensure the return products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.
You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

Faulty or defective items may be returned for a refund or exchange up to the equivalent value after the initial 14 day return period, but the business reserves the right to send any such items back to our supplier for inspection, at our cost, to establish the nature of a fault. The business reserves the right, at its discretion, to offer a full or part refund (or exchange for equal value) in the event of an item being found to be faulty.
